Higher prices while evacuation due to wildfire.

Prices are much higher than the stores in 100 mile and some of the staff are very unpleasant to deal with. They don't allow any sorting of lumber, what they give you is what you're stuck with, regardless of whether its for trusses or simply studs, you get cracked or warped boards if it happens to be on top of the pile, makes for some expensive firewood. They're ok to grab a few pounds of nails but I won't purchase anything over $50 there anymore.

Excellent customer service. If they don't have it locally, they go to extremes to find what you need and bring it in for you. All round a great experience. Rumors of gouging during the wildfires is totally untrue and obviously being made by someone with their own agenda. Prices didn't change.
